Operational plans for pilot regions


All partners of the Baltic Sea Food project have completed operational plans for their pilot areas. These plans were based on a business model (http://balticseaculinary.com/baltic-sea-food-business-model), but have been finalized for specific pilot regions in collaboration with local consultants. The action plans include initial market analysis, customer segmentation, product portfolio development, marketing, logistics and delivery solution, communications, and more.

Pilot regions are implementing the operational plans and the business model. The test period ends on 05.2020, after which the initial evaluation and summaries are made and, if necessary, the model is updated as a result of the evaluation. The pilot regions themselves will continue to update their action plans.
