The webpage contains a list of all operating Norwegian food networks. The list gives potential buyers a possibility to find interesting local food and drinks suppliers from there region and by that works as a B2B platform. In the Norwegian restaurant and hotel business we experience a lot of turnover among the food and beverages and kitchen staff. This makes it important to have a place to seek information about local produce that are so vital for good restaurants and hotels. As we work with some of the different Norwegian grocery groups this list is also important for them.
The e-platform was created by HANEN in the framework of the project "Baltic Sea Food", which is financed by INTERREG Baltic Sea Region Programme.
